About QIMC

The government of Qatar has given since last decade special attention to the participation of the private sector in the country's economic development through small/medium scale industries. QIMC was established specially to encourage this involvement and to promote stronger ties between the public and private sectors.

QIMC was established in 1989 through the participation of Qatari, prominent businessmen and Government. The Qatari Government owns 20% of its shares and the balance of 80% is owned by private Qatari individuals
